•       Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

•       Express Delivery: 1–2 business days (where available)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain threshold — check our website for current promotions.

3. International Shipping

Currently, Caliphe Clothing primarily serves customers within Pakistan. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at the email below and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order directly through our delivery partner's portal.

5. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please:

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, unavailability at the time of delivery, or refusal of the package, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate at the time of ordering.

7. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item(s) immediately and contact us at Calipheclothingofficals@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
