Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love every item you receive from Caliphe Clothing. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

       The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

       All tags and packaging are intact

       You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

       The item is not listed as a non-returnable item (see below)

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

       Underwear, thongs, panties, and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)

       Items marked as Final Sale or clearance

       Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

       Bundle packs where individual items have been separated

       Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please:

       Email us at Calipheclothingofficals@gmail.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and reason for return

       Attach clear photos of the item(s) showing the condition

       Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions

Please do not send items back without prior approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

       Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

       Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

       Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.)

       If the return is approved, we will notify you via email

5. Exchanges

We offer size exchanges for eligible items (excluding intimates). If you'd like to exchange for a different size, contact us at the email below. Exchange items are subject to availability. Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Calipheclothingofficals@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.
